What happens when I place my order and I paid for it?

As soon as you place your order, your order will be received by the restaurant or takeaway instantly. The order will be cooked and delivered accordingly, or if it is a collection, you can go and collect it after the minimum order time.

Who deliver the Food?

Indian Foods Online is working as a web based online ordering system, we do not deliver the order, whichever restaurant or takeaway you placed your order with will deliver it to you. So if in case you needed to make any changes to the order or need to check the delivery status, you must contact the restaurant directly.

Can I pay by Cash On Delivery or Cash On Collection?

YES! You can select your payment option when you are placing the order and you can select either paying from your debit or credit card, or Cash On Delivery (C.O.D) or Cash On Collection (C.O.C).

What happens if I selected delivery but changed my mind to collect it Instead?

|
If you want to collect the food instead of delivery, please contact the restaurant directly, and they should be able to keep your order on the table for you to pick up. In this case, they might not able to refund you the delivery charge you paid if any.

What will happen if I selected Collection, but I wanted a Delivery?
|
||
|
IF you want to have the order delivered instead, please contact us right away, and we will contact the Restaurant or Takeaway for you and try arrange a delivery. If the restaurant have a delivery charge and you already paid for the order from online, you might be asked to pay the odd for the delivery charge.
